External Tach Mounting!!!!!!!

Does anyone have an external tach that they added to their stock B2200 interior? How exactly do you wire it up properly? There are 4 wires: Black, White, Red, and Green. I'm sure one of them is power, one is ground, anyone have an idea as to which connects to where?

complete but educated guess:

Black: ground
Red: power
Green: ignition or coil
White: ignition or coil

i dunno about a mazda but om my ford engine you hook the tach up to opne of the wires comming off the coil. call a auto electric place or search the web for how to hook up your brand of tach.
