I installed a dash in my 89 B2200 that has a tach in it. Everything worked except for the clock. I noticed that the plug has three empty slots and assume those are the wires that should power the clock. Any ideas where/how I should hook them up?
I assume for the clock that all you need to power it is a ground wire, power wire and one that goes to the dimmer(so it will dim the lights when you turn on your headlights. Just like a stereo has. As for which one goes in which spot, not sure. Someone might have a wiring diagram to help out.
Any1 else have this issue? I'm also scratchin my head over this. Also my Fuel gauge wont' register, any help?
i saw a tech article somewhere, where it shows u how to connect the clock wires when doing the swap, and i think someone posted the link on here
yea i've searched the 8 pages here not sure if its somewhere else....
