relocated clutch master but having issues...

i relocated the clutch master cylinder inside the cab... but it seems like the push rod doesnt get anywhere near the same amount of travel compared tobeing where it was... any help?? i did not modify the clutch pedal location..

the distance from the pivot point is now shorter then it was before thus giving you less movement.

Exactly what he said. Measure how far down the factory hole was and make the new one that same distance.

10 four fellas...figured that was the problem but didnt think 1/4 inch of travel wud matter... what if i go a little further away from the pivot then factory? wud there be any drawbacks to having more travel than factory?

It would probably damage the master cylinder if you do that.

OK.... so i moved the pushrod to the same dimensions of the stock.... i cannot get the stupid slutch bled out...when i pump it itll stay firm for two or three pumps then stays in the floor...when i loosen the bleeder valve it does not squirt out like its pressurized but kinda dribbles...how long shud it take to bleed out the line???i did completely disonnect the line from the part on the tranny and poured it out...is this normal? always been very easy to bleed this master cylinder...STARTING TO GET PISSED OFF WITH THIS MOD.LMAO
