no the tunnel would raise above the cut you couldnt weld it back together

A guy on here did that right up i do beleive.. maybe he will chime in.

Its also cut like that to make room for your heater core. If you cut it at the red you won't fit your heater core back in

Cut mine different ias I don't have a heatercore lol. Check my buildlog

Thx guys.. i will do it as MT suggest, here in cold Denmark i dont want to leave out the heatercore
