how to raise bedfloor?

ok so im tryin to figure out how to raise my bedfloor. i dont wanna cut it up for when i put my notch in. so id wrather jus raise it. how hard is it and what all do i have to do? any help will be great.

get a BFH and a couple beers.

no really you'll have to get out the grinder or another appropriate cutting tool, and then get the welder out to put it back in.
