I have a set, on my other truck, and they WILL NOT tuck. Look cool though

They are the same size/offset as 17" Escalade/Denali rims, they should tuck. That's odd.

from the info I've found, they're 17x7.5 and have a backspacing of 5.43, about 1/3 inch shy of what's needed to tuck. just wanted a real world answer from someone that tried. Thanks!!

Well you have to roll your fender lip, and maybe flare the bedside slightly, but they tuck lol...It's really close, but lots of ppl are running the Caddy and Denali rims. There's only 1mm difference in offset between them and those Titans. The BS on the Denalis is 5.47"

BUT...does it make a difference if you run drop spindles or not?

My Escalades trucked in the front WITHOUT spindles, but with them, they rub even with 4x4 fenders with the lip cut out because the spindles push the wheels out like 3/4".

yes, because drop spindles push the wheels out.
