yeah i had the chrome and cut it then sectioned the sides so it looked more like it was stock but the ranger bumper just aint for me.
its a 93-97 ranger bumper(mines 94 to be exact) as far as how hard? not very, if you have a friend or 2 to hold it while you weld. hell man ill sell it to ya after i get a yoder bumper for 30 plus shipping, but keep in mind it still needs work but still looks ok from a far. it need the bondo sanded down (i dont have much free time anymore) where i shaved the plastic trim and where i cut. all you would have to do is take yours off and slide this into place and tighten 2 15mm bolts and whabam your done!
