YOU'LL HAVE TO CHECK LOCAL ORDINANCES, THEY USED TO MAKE A PHANTOM THAT YOU COULD REMOVE THE PART IN FRONT OF THE HEADLIGHTS, WHICH WOULD MAKE IT LEGAL.

In Ontario here,we have a book called "Legal Mods" and it's a book that tells you what's legal and what's not,as well as the fines and penalties for such infractions and stuff. It's a very useful resource. At the back,it also has a points chart,with a huge list of parts and their point values,and you add up all the parts you have on your vehicles and then score the points,and it gives you an approximate idea of how at risk your vehicle is to be broken into/stolen or what level 'tuner' you are,from Novie,to Advanced.
