Magic! Naw!, Its just that my frame runs under my axle instead of over. the I have squaer tubing that come up over the axle to the bag mount. I get the same lift as if the frame was the other way. This winter I am redoing the bagmounts with steel tubing for a much better, cleaner look.

However if you don't have the correct wheel/tire combo.. won't the frame rail hit the axel?

I image so, but I plan on running 18's or 20's and that would give me way more then enough clearance, right not on 15" pathfinders and 60 series tires I got over a inch and a half left before it hit when I am fully aired up but, hell I ride low as possible anyways.
