Are angled 4 inch blocks safe??????? and do toxic drop shocks lower the truck at all or just shocks made for dropped trucks???

i've had my 4inch angled blocks on my truck for over a year with no problems. and i also have the toxic drop shocks, they don't lower the truck, they are just regular shocks, but meant to be used on a lowered truck.

the angle on the block is to correct the pinion angle, and the drop shocks are just shorter shocks that don't bottom out on a vehicle with a lower ride height.
