i am a new member , but not new to lowered mini trucks.i have an 90 b2600i . i have compleated my own 4 link on the rear w firestone bags . i curently am not running any shocks (very bouncy) i would like to get an idea on how other people are doing this so i dont have to trial and error. pics are worth a thousand words. i also need input on the ft shock relocation for i am putting my bags on the ft this weekend . any professional help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to pick up a shock relocation kit, or build one of your own.

If you triangulate your stock lower arms you will have a perfect spot to mount the shock to as well...

As for the rear typically people mount the shock to a bridge bar and then to the axle...Just make sure that when mounting shocks you keep them as straight as possible, anything over 30 degrees will render the shock useless!!

thank u very much for answering. i should be able to build pretty much anything im gona need .do u know of a pic i can look at to get a better idea . or can u elaberate on triangulate? i think i got it on the rear ,how about a bar (like a pan hard) between my notches then down to axel w the shock? again thank u very much

About 1/2 way down the page you will see a row of pictures that will show you in detail what this entails...

As far as the rear, you are talking about something totally different. A bridge bar is essentially a piece of 1"-1.5" round (preferably DOM tubing) that spans the distance between the notches. It would resemble something like this:

The lower tabs would attach to the axle...keep in mind there are many ways to setup shocks, but this is just the easiest way...

i c says the blind man! the triangulation is a sweet idea. all props to ol boy and yourself . i finished tubing my underhood today i should have time to start on arms tomorrow .thank u very much . i have owned a car audio shop the last ten years so if u have any audio , video ,or security (my specialty) let me know bro .
