I didn't want to get in there and find out halfway through that I need some special tools or that it's like a watch spring and when it's undone it flings out at you.
I've got a torque wrench but I often forget to use it or in this case I don't know what to set it to.
yea idk what torque to do it at but just tighten em every couple months and be sure they'll stay tight ..
oh yea ... u may wanna cut off the extra U--bolt .. its pretty long and u could snag things up ..
be sure to get the little pin thingy in the hole .. right now mine isnt and i have no idea why .. i needa go fix it tho ..
any ways .. i hope i helped ya out ..
may wanna spray down bolts with WD-40 or whatever to penetrate it
