IF you end up raising the truck up a bit...( looks BETTER slammed out low though..lol ) and you have not yet found or looked for the torsion bar bolts....they are located almost directly under the drivers and passenger front seats. Its like a 17 or 19MM bolt ( maybe 15" in from the side of the truck ) and yes...jack up the truck to take the tension off the of the torsion bars before cranking them up.

Did you ever get it straightened out? Another shock option is Late 70s pinto shocks
