do you have chevy/gmc/escalade wheels by chance? if so are you running spacers....i lowered my mazda a while back and added 1/4" spacers...after a day i noticed a rattling and it turned out to be one of the spacers rattling...so i ground down the tabs on the hubs and it went away due to the fact that the spacers were seated flat against the hubs.

is it a 2 piece drive shaft or a one peice drive shaft as there are 3 things that can be causing this and I need to know which kinda drive shaft you are running.

when its up grab your driveline and see if it moves at the bearing....if the rubber part of the bearing is worn lowering it only makes it worse

I had the EXACT same thing happening on my Nissan with 3 inch blocks a pulled leaf, The blocks didnt have enough angle. I actually lowered it more with 4 inch angled blocks that I ground some for better pinions angle and the went away . Whats your pinion look like on the rear end. Just a side not, the 4 inch angles block fixed mine but I had to notch the truck for it to work haha
