I remember that article. I did Airshocks on a buddys truck. I don't reccomend it. 0 as in Zero street cred.

back in the day i used an air shock set up for a tilt bed it worked pretty good but too slow

Guy out here with a '91 toyota had em, bored the openings to 3/8s, ran a F,B,S,S setup, and it was nice. Rode on it for over 4 years, problem free.

I've done it but Had problems clearing the air fitting on the fronts tho.
