front not laying out

i found what it was my control arms need to be notched more when i first did it had 16 inch z71s and it laid crossmember but sense then i have drug it to were its not layin anymore. and gravity how did you not notch them and made it lay???

i didnt notch mine either. if you mount the top bracket up high enough you dont need to notch the lower arm. i just welded my bag mount to the top of the arm

i thought you were suppose to weld the upper bracket to the frame rail not the control arms

Im guessing he meant he welded the "lower" bracket to the top of the lower arm (without notching)

yeah my bad i wasnt paying attention when i read it, im gonna notch them some more tommarow, my upper bracket is up high enough, i cleaned the frame rail off and welded to the top of it

yeah sorry wasnt more clear. welded the lower bracket to lower arm without notching.
