how do you wire up the pressure switch to kick the clutch in and out

wire it to the wire that comes off of the compressor...same as a normal electric compressor...

fantomrush - can you not mount it straight up under the dizzy?

I dont think so. The power steering pump is right there at the bottom. It would have to sit on top of it and that puts it up into the dizzy unless I space it way out to clear. Not sure if that is a good idea with it hanging out there like that.

Saying a york is faster than a sanden, or vice versa, is pointless. The speed is 100% dependent on the engine speed. All of the Sanden models have a 9.5in³ displacement, and the York models vary between 6.1in³ and 10.3in³ depending on the model (206, 209, 210). Now if you were to specify and say that at XX rpm, a Sanden is faster than the York 206 and 209, then you would be correct.

Some more York info can be found at

but if the displacement is larger on one then at any given RPM (being it the same for both compressors) would be higher correct??? or is it like engine displacement, volumetric efficiency and all comes into play???
