HEY HAS ANYONE EVER FLIPED THEIR LOWER BALLJOINTS AND REDRILLED THE SPINDLE TO MAKE IT FIT LIKE THE DROP SPINDLES? AND WHAT BALLJOINTS ARE USED WITH THE DROP SPINDLES, ARE THEY FROM AND S-10? MINE NEED TO BE REPLACED AND I DONT WANT TO WAIT ON THEM TO GET HERE IF I ORDER THEM, IF THEIR FROM AND S-10 I CAN JUST PRESS THEM INTO THE PLATES. SOMEONES GOTTA KNOW.

The spindles cannot be redrilled to fit stock ball joint from the bottom due to the taper of the hole.

I KNOW I AM ABLE TO DRILL A TAPER, I JUST FORGOT TO PUT THAT IN THE POST. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE AFTER MARKET BJ'S FOR THE DROP SPINDLES, ARE THEY FROM AN S-10

When u flipped the lower balljoints on a mazda there is no need to redrill the spindle man..

when i said flip the lower ball joint , i really meant flippin it, just like the drop spindle ones. you know so the balljoint threads face up instead of down

So are the bottom ones not tapered? If they are then flipping it 180 is impossible. Does anyone know what balljoints are most commonly used for the drop spindles?

when u buy the aim (chassis tech) spindles they come with the balljoints, and aim is the only company that makes drop spindles for our trucks...

bell tech used to, but i havn't seen a set in years from them...
