Fittings for gauges

What is everyone using for guage fittings? My kit from suicidedoors came with 1/4" air line for the gauges, but the tee fitting they have only come in 1/8". My gauges use 1/4 air line also. Should i use a forged cross fitting with an 1/4" male connector to run my air line to my gauges or should i change the fittings on my gauges to run 1/8" air line. Rick from suicidedoors said the tee fitting was to small to tap it to an 1/4". The tee fitting is a regular tee fitting with an 1/8" air line fitting on it.

Go with whatever you think would work the best.

I use 1/8" fittings on all my gauges, and when I install gauges for friends.. the lines cheaper, and easier to run around parts behind the dash, etc. I tap the brass Ts and do it that same way..
