not sure if there is a swaybar, but that would definately help
im not sure if they make these for the mazdas, but ppl use jointed shackles on one end of the leaf spring rather than a 1peice fixed shackle, provides a lot of articulation
my ranger's stock rear suspension flexed a good amount, there was no rear sway bar, i could tuck one of my 31inch tires out back flexing, it was all stock except for air shocks

they dont make them for mazdas.
they are known as revolver shackles and they are compressed during normal driving, but when u need to flex, the side needing to drop extends to allow it to drop.
there is also whats known as a "missing link" which pretty much does the same thing, only about 250 dollars cheaper (easy to build yourself)
go to and do a search or if all else fails, post in newbie section about it. they are big on searching, so i advise doing a search first. they are also harsh on newbs.
my any chance did you do a solid axle on the front? i have been wanting to see an SAS'd mazda.
