Why wont my head come off

I would recomend setting the lash cold then rechecking it after you run the truck. Also look real close on the 3 holes in the sproket and see if one is clean with no black gunk the clean one is probally the one it was in...im sure someone has a pic that can show it.

ok install the cam with the dowl straight up then there should be a arrow on it that lines straight up with what looks like the back of the belt cover?
