Rebuild or Swap?

I'm just over 117k on the engine and it seemed to be well maintained from the original owner. I'm the second owner of the truck now.

I know the timming is off and the starter is slowly dying. I have a small leak in the coolant system somewhere, but I can't find a leak anywhere...So I was planning on a Timming Belt/Water Pump change as well as new hoses/belts when I do it.

if ur gonna do all that... i say ROTAAAAAAARY!!!!!!!!!!

I got a fresh rebuilt 2600i engine/tranny if your interested. Let it go real cheap. hit me up man.
