i know i will need to fab up some brackets but does anyone know if this will work?...

yes it will work, and no you wont need to fab brackets, just do like i did and get the grinder out and grind away, the bracket is super easy to grind off, all you have to do flip the alternator upside down and it fits perfect..

no problem congrats on the purchase, honeslty you dont NEED to grind the bracket i only did because i wanted to use the stock belt, and i didnt wanna tear it all apart for the belt, this way its easier to buy a new belt too cuz its factory.
