Well, Jeff, I guess we both could have made things worse and bitched off on each other,but the Man has a problem and why add to it.We are both casting about for solutions. haha ya thanks im glad i didnt turn into i butt ether its this sitethat is holding me together, ya I got my brothers but one hates women after his ex, and the other has never been that far in a relasionship, on here I got guys whos been there,and guys who made it thru on top and we'er all friends and all helping each other.......thanks guys.........now to put the ever loved foot in my ass the state of IL is trying to take the only money I got coming in right now away cuz I moved to TN..( I remember why I hate that state now)

If it is for Child Support LET THEM TAKE IT. Trust me. If you do not pay and if it hits a certain number (varies state by state, I know it is $5,000 in MO) it turns into a felony charge. Punishable by up to 5 years in the pokey. This also happens to be a lawyers dream. This then turns into a bargain chip. Jail or give up parental rights. Pay child support. Even if the ex uses it for herself and not the child. As wrong as that sounds trust me. If you don't pay and the kid gets older your ex if she is evil will use the ol you never paid for a dime shit. If you paid, the state will have record of it. As your kid gets older and is used to the ex saying crap you have all of the evidence to prove otherwise. This will show the kid several things. One-you did not desert them, Two-how to man up and be responsible, Three-respect for you as they may not have gotten to see you growing up but as a young adult or teen they will realize who the real bad person was and respect you for what you did.

no its not for that, the state of IL is saying I dont have a right to get it cuz I mover to TN with my brothers, ya Im going to pay all the money to her but if i dont have any to pay with, then im f***ed and like you said ,a lawyers dream...... well, we got a new court date set for feb16, im not sure what for, hell even my lawyer dont know what its for but her friend told me she says it the last court of the divorce and it will be done, i will be a newly lonely guy.

wow just learned that shes been lieing to me the whole time we were married,her (new boyfriend) shes knowin this guy the whole time... well hope he has a bigger dick then me cuz i wore it out...lol...
