well fro i couldnt cut back. for some reason i either smoke nothing at all or atleast a pack so that didnt work for me.

cody best thing you can do is to never start. never wonder what it does because it doesnt do a damn thing but make you lose money,stink,bad breath, yellow and brown teeth, bad health, and age you like crazy.

Mikey you have no clue how much money it will save me really. i smoked atleast a pack a day and when i quit last week my cigs was 4.34 a pack. im watchin the news right now and today they just went up another 70 cents. meaning that my cigs are atleast 5 bucks a pack. hell thats 150 bucks a month. thats a damn car payment. thats 1800 a year on cigs. thats nuts. i always said i would never pay 5 bucks for a pack of cigs and i wont. this isnt really for the money though. i need to quit and am tired of waking up everymorning hacking up stuff. the money is just icing on the cake.

I am bout to quit. Keep up the good work man! I know it hard, just eat more candy or chips or ur fav snack. 5 bucks aint nothing compare to here. We are payin almost 6 75 per pack. I will be quitting as soon my cartoon is gone lol. Even got the patches already. Again keep it up man n u will be smoke free b4 u know it. GOOD LUCK!

good job, keep it up. a couple months ago i switched from marb reds to camel lights to not try to quit off of such a harsh ciggarette and am picking up patches on the way home from work so hopefully i can quit too.

congrats. i also started smoking when i was around 12/13. i quit a little over 2 years ago. but have a smoke every now and then (maybe 1 cig a week), and of course when im drinking i smoke like crazy.

Yea the cost factor is something...we are almost $7 a pack here....cost over $20 for 3 packs. I need to quit especially if a new lil one comes into my life.

Wonderin if he'll still be able to say he's smoke free after going out tonight??? LOL.. I'm gonna ask Cody!
