Way to go Justin...hang in there buddy...I know how rough it gets. I am a smoker as is my girl...and we are looking at the next addition to the family and I am gonna try to quit again as will she. I been smoking since about 13 myself. Proud of you bro!! Keep up the good work

shit i just cut down. i never smoked alot, half pack a day, and i'm down to 5 ciggs a day and i feel great.
