Who said I was bringing in religon, I am just trying to help you out.
Ok, don't get married yet... Tell her to quit her job, or at least scale back to 12k a year. This will greatly benefit you when tax season comes up. You will be able to claim the child as a dependant and she will be able to claim the earned inccome credit because she is a parent. If you want more details on that, let me know. This is a HUGE tax break as long as she is not worried about getting married.
From my experience and a few around me... You as a guy are not really going to be excited about the whole thing until like 2 weeks from the due date. You may think you are excited about it now or in 2 - 3 months, but it's nothing compared to when that 2 week mark rolls around. But for your sake you better act like you are excited every chance you get.
Deffinitely buy wipes, diapers are tough... You could buy some newborn diapers and then the baby comes and it's 10 pounds and you just wasted money because there is no way that baby is fitting in those diapers... Again from my own experience.
Buy all the gadgets you think you will ever need for the next few years because you will not have any money to yourself for at least 3 years. I bought 2 TVs, surround sound, Car DVD player, and a laptop... My son just turned 4 and I finally have my funds coming back to me...
I have more, but I gotta leave work... I'll continue later. I hope these aren't too ghetto for you.

look bro. sign up for WIC. we use it and it helps a lot! it isn't as expensive as every makes it out to be. buy clothes and more clothes, and stay stocked up on diapers. there's nothing that is more joyful than having a child!

I agree with brandon if you can get on wic program for for formula, that's all we every qualified for with my income and it really helps. Diapers for sure and stuff like Binky's don't get crazy with because you might find they will only like a certain style, and once they do get more of that style cause those things get lost everywhere.
tax break meh... that's not the reason to have kids.... but even at 39K we still get a little bit of a break with 2 kids.

Please tell me your kidding your giving someone the advice to live off the goverment? How about you work your ass off and when you can afford to have kids then have kids! Sorry to sound like a dick but statement like this make me sick!!! Why do people feel like others need to pay to raise your kids????
