no chassis suspension or running gear might be high on the price

you guys are just cheap. there is a lot of work done to this thing, and work costs money. ask one of the guys having a shop build their truck how much its costing for similar mods...

on the flip side, its a minitruck, and an old one at that. the resale market for custom minitrucks is probably worse than $0.50 on the dollar... now if this were a 50 merc, you'd be WAY more apt to get your money back plus some. especially if you did the work and didn't pay out to have it done.

when you could get this for $4000 obo. , i dont think thats being cheap by saying he wants to much for just a body. the way the economy is right now is really killing the market for everything. not only cars and trucks but houses, atvs, boats, just about everything.

The price is what the market will bear...........When I do custom work and then sell the rig later I never expect to get anywhere the price I have invested in it. You are lucky to get fifty cents on the dollar!

hey I know that red truck....I want $4000, truth is Ill probably get less. I built my entire truck so I saved a ton of money on labor. I still have maybe $7500 not counting purchase price of the truck. If I had a shop build it -$5500=suspension, $3500 bodydrop, $800-1000 for the rag,$400+=4x4sheet metal/bubble hood,wheels=?,shaved/flipped tailgate handle,emblems,and antennea=$400, misc. stuff=?,Id be into it for $13-14grand. You will never get out of a mini what you put into it.
