ya the trucks can get LOW just by mono leafin it so hopful thats what was done to your truck....as for the 4x4 body parts and under part the leafs are the same but mount differently to the axles of the trucks,,, there are a lot of things that will swap over from truck to truck just keep in mind that one is a 4x4 and is made biger/longer to get the lift of being 4wd... the spring mounts are just bigger not the springs

see the cab is ext and i was think about changing cab if thay bolt up



i have a chance to buy a 4wd truck $200 and im going to 4 interior and bed so the sping will to thats great news

well if you are wanting to lower it you need to cut off the front arms and reweld the 2wd arms and all that holds them on////// how good are you at welding the fronts are different 2wd/4wd

not that good but my mom is a certified welder

DAMN!!!!!!! i like your mom..lol wish my mom was like that....well if you are wanting to to get a bigger cab out this swap, it may be ez'er if you put all the good parts on the ex cab then to put it all on the other one... the frames are little different... well ones just longer then the other one, but if you got a good head on you, you can come up with a way to do it and put the std bed behind it too.... (i thank it looks better) there the same size just the wheels are in the middle on the std bed,... i take it you have something else to drive,do a whole back half on it or a whole new frame, that way you can make it work from the start and not have to redo what the factry did,
