Yeah Just let me know if you find one. But it has to be 2.2 FI ecu out of M/T

Also look for ignitor and resistor i have like 3 of them but who knows ill pay you...

My pull apart aint got SHIT lol

K...now for a stupid question...what is the ignitor and resistor? is that the black little box thing next to the dist?

PS MIKE cant fine ground wire but ecu its selkf is grounded to firewall........ and im going to try that right now with the test light... just got out of shower so be a lil bit but will report back.......

and i have the right ecu haha..... and Fuses all check out good.

the crazy part is some how the fuel pump, and dash cluster all tie into the 4 wires off dizzy and the coil. GRRRRRR feels like something is not talking to coil/ignitor/dizzy. AT FIRST WITH NEW HARNESS I HAD NO FUEL OR SPARK... thenm found the 2 blue with w strp wires that needed to be connected and now i have a click in a relay and fuel pump WOOHOOO... but still no spark...

I also just noticed that when cranking the coil should have 6v to NEG side i have nothing... i use to have 6v.

when i OHM it all out im gtting like 12.5 when it should be less i would think. but seems to be the same with both coils

Just a wierd thought...turn your headlights on. LOL I do not think all of the wires should be tied to the coil....

MIKE, i have a test connector on the coil wiring...GROUND at the ground for some reason i have power.... enough to light up a test light fully. so a full 12v or better.

when cranking stays lit no change what so ever... I have no idea WHAT that means. i know there is power on both sides of coil untill its running then i think its supposed to drop to 6v.....BUT i could be wrong

i turned on headlamps and still nothing, SINCE THEY ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF TRUCK lol


but yeah ignitor is a little 3 pin (doowop) resistor is a 2 pin and little, but both are black yes.

arrrgg i hate ignition systems..LOL.. i just went through 6 months and i finally have spark.. FINALLY.. unfortunatly my truck and your truck have not even close to the same engine.. i dont have an ECU, mine runs on magic..LOL..

i rewired the whole truck.. and then still had no spark.. i was heart broken.. after a good night sllep i went back to the truck and with in 5 minutes figured out the issue.. when the KEY is at ignition.. i had power to the coil.. when the KEY was at start i did not have power to the ignition... this wasnt the main problem however my main issue was the key way was missing on my cam shaft there for not opening the valves and not turning my rotor.. ..

i bet you the issue is super easy.. its just a bitch to find..

bro with all the work ya got just in cuttin steel on that rig to get them wheels in there, it'd be a shame not to have her runnin somehow, I was thinkin v8 lately too.
debating which way to go myself , weber and header or find a wrecked mustang or what evs.

nobody where I live will touch a Mazda, especially with an electric carb and a billion vac lines
gotta be the most shitty thing bout these bitches, damn intake systems.
price out a runnin 302 and compatable tranny, bet ya can find something that runs fer under a 1000.00, I have.
