Yeah The ecu is hard to find, i can not find one

And the dizzy has power. and so does coil just no spark.

i hooked up my old vac style dizzy off my old 2.2 setup and i couldnt get spark by spinning the shaft... but i was using the coil thats in my truck and that could have been the problem.

I think that having that coil hooked up inline on the truck needs to have the craking switch actually cranking in order to fire...... IF ANY OF THAT MAKES SENSE! All i know is i have power to the coil and power out of ecu.

Im going to a junk yard tomorrow to pull the module out of a 626 that has same dizzy. IF that doesnt fix it im lost.... and no joke i wouldnt even know how to get it back to carb... the whole reason i changed it was because i had Vac problems and carb was fukkered up.

I need a good freakin wiring Diagram that actually shows what are grounds and what all has power, because on my truck up to the module/ignitor im not sure what wires need to be hot and or grounded......that could be all my problem but who knows......

if i had good wiring diagram of, even a 2600i i could figure out if im missing something on the coil.... I just think its crazy i have power to the coil... but nothing out of it.... if i change my ground i get power at both sides of the coil. its a Black wire with White stripe thast hot and i have a Yellow and white wire as well that im not sure about.....

some where there is even a red with yellow stripe....... And some how i guess the Fuel pump is tied in, i have fuel pump though so i must be at least on some what of the right track

im pretty sure the yellow and white is a ground. my coil does the same thing. with the key off the pos shows 12v and the ground shows ground but when i switch the key on the ground side of the coil shows 12v. someone explained it to me but i got confused. all i know is it works....lol

Don't get Haynes. . . that is a waste of money. . Get a Chilton's . . . I have both and the Chiltons blows the haynes out of the water. . . And the wiring diagrams are a hell of alot better. . .
