Good lookin products. The 5 valve block is interesting. Have run across a few installs that could have used a setup like that.

Hey man, I was wondering when you guys might have your sight up and running. Will it have pricing as well? I will probably end up doing my suspension by mid to late part of the summer, If not piece by piece until then. I checked out your myspace pics and your work is clean. How long will a 24v system last as far as charging goes? I understand its how much you make the motors run, but just as general?

Ryan.

To answer your questions...
We are getting our pumps and cylinders (the last items we need to get in stock) next week. Soon after that we will have the site up and running. It will have a full price list, pics, and a whole lot of information. As far as 24V systems are concerned, driving everyday a full charge will last you 1-2 weeks.

I am trying to answer all the questions in this thread instead of PM's. That way everyone gets to read it and I am not responding to the same questions via PM's.

No Problem, Thats pretty slick charge range. Do you on your personal vehicles charge batteries or run a street charger? Also Do you have to worry about motors, solenoids and seals going bad with just 24v's as much as with 48v systems? Might sound dumb but, I was thinking less voltage less pressure less risk? Sorry I'm a newb to hydraulics.

I have done istalls with and without street chargers. On my truck I am not running a street charger. It will not be my driver. If I was planning on driving this and only this truck I would probably do a street charger. Low voltage does help with wear and tear on the entire system.

I emailed Derek about a 1 pump,5 dump,4 accumulators,24 volt setup for my accord wagon. He gave me alot of info on the product and installation and a good price. The only hydros I've dealt with are on hoppers and he told me your products are more aimed to daily drivers.I think I will give Hydroholics a whirl when I'm ready.

First Id like to say AWESOME! Minitrucks need to become more open to the idea of hydraulics as they are the better way to go in my opinion.

However I have quite a bit of hydraulic knowledge and cannot figure out how you could lift individual corners with one pump 5 dump system? My understanding is that dumps don't work properly as flow limiters because they are not meant to handle the pressure that a pump puts out, symilar to how a slowdown (typical brass one) can't be used on the pressure side of the pump. Is it only because its a 24volt sys that your able to get away with this?

A 1 pump 5 dump system works just fine with any voltage. I ran one in an Infiniti that I had back in '99 with 4 batteries. It is not for everyone though. The only issue you run into with a 1-5 is fluid transfer. Basically it isn't optimal on something like a truck. Reason being the front weighs a lot more than the rear. We just made the plumbing simple with our manifolds. Before now we have always plumbed the 5 dumps together. It made for a lot more fittings. Here is a pic of a 1-5 plumbed together and a pic of our mainfold so you can see the difference.
