was there any ext cabs made without opening rear side glass

You could always take a look at the latching mechanism and try to get it to tighten so that it latches tighter than stock....Maybe like a spacer or something on the latch inside the cab. This would push the latch farther from the window so when closed and locked it would apply much more pressure to the glass.

ive though about custom glass, but if anyone were to challenge that id be named a cheater and kicked out.

my only option really is to beef up the latch and the gasketing.

well i wonder. you guys ever sen a company make solid glass for the mazda? because there is a grey area and if a company mfgs aftermarket parts like a solid side glass i could use it.

all i can say is dayumm.
