and as far as amps. i will be running 2 rd audio hw9.0 amps. subs will only see 3k each though.

I haven't seen this suggested yet,but you could always shave the rear quarter windows and replace them with metal. Problem solved. A few guys on here have it done. It'll definetly work well for your audio install.

well im using the truck to run usaci stock 601-1800. so i cant modify beyond stock. so if there werent any mazdas with sealed windows i cant do it. it would take me out of stock and put me in a modified class.
there is the box. still lots to do but so far i happy with results. 148.8 on the termlab with 900 watts. will have my old amps back this week then ill have 7-8k.

so i understand the whole stock/modified thing.... what about getting custom glass cut (without the hinge and latch buttons,) and just sealing it up like a truck that had it as a factory option. who's going to know that it wasn't an option for the mazda?
