The daughters truck has 18's with stock spindles, no inner fenders (front/back) and will lay frame without touching the clutch master or brake booster. 8" wide rim if I remember right.

As for the 8.5" rim it all depends on back spacing. The rims on the daughters truck probably should NOT have fit but.... where there is a will...

Anyway, if the fit is close there is ways around the problem.

I probably should have clarified what I ment 'bout the 8.5" wide, i ment that you'll probably have rubbing issues when at full lock while either turned left or right (depending on offset), not so much as whether or not they would tuck. I was looking at it from being mechanicaly functional, not the astetic side (which like immortal said can be massaged to work) my bad for not being more specific.

LOL! Immortal, how old is your daughter?

Well, if I need to turn, I guess I could always raise the front to clear and then lowe it back down to height after turning, lol..
