no title.

If you guys were in a sistuation to get a ext cab b2200 with no title but a bill of sale for $100, Would it be worth it to you?

How would i go about getting a title the legal way, other than drilling and re-rivting another Junk yard vin and title?

buy it, you can get more than enough money out of parts to make it well worth your effort. I wouldnt do the drilling and replacing thing as its not legal but you may be able to file for a lost title and get it that way.

i believe you can get one legal you have to get a bond and file for a lost title and i think there is a little more to it but it is costly i think it took me like $600 to get a title for a 89 rx7 that way and the owner has to be involved so you can do iy legally if you know the legal owner

if its stolen and you buy it... weather you know its stolen or not you will (if ever pulled over in it and they checked the vin.. or whatever) be charged with recieving stolen property (trust me i know) befor i go into details.... if your planning on buying and driving this truck let me know ill give you a few things you can do to get registration for the truck (the legal way) if you just plan on using it for parts.... you can make your money back quick

Yeah, you can apply for a lost title pretty easily through online places for under $250. I'd buy that for a bill.

nah on a more serious note, the truck is worth at least that if not more in just parting it out...and as has been said, you can do a title search & get one..I'd deffinately have the bill of sale notarized & a witness sign it also....just in case it never hurts to cover your arse!!
