Yeah, but it'd be a bit of work. I think the RX7 is a two link with a Watt's linkage. You could cut all that crap off and weld on shock and leaf mounts or weld on mounts for the RX7 stuff. For that kind of work, might as well go with an independent rear.

well i would plan on doing a custom 3 link wishbone, with a one off cantiviler, then make my own shock mounts and weld them to it.
so i would just cut off all that stuff. and the nit would work?

i Have been told by the junkyards interchangeablity guide that thew 80-85 mazda rears have 3.30's in them and are a direct bolt in. I guess i'll find out for sure or not next week....

Yea the only thing im worried about is if the axles are the right spline for the older mazda center chunk...
