Man... don't worry about that old ghia. Just sell it to me. I'd be happy to give it a proper slam job and drag the heck out of it all over southern Illinois.

Cool to know there's another dude around these parts with similar interests. If you're ever feeling like a road trip, we've got some pretty big cruise nights up here - usually 200+ cars, even a couple mini trucks and VWs.

Once I get on my Mon.-Fri. shift I might just take you up on that.

I have owned the Ghia the longest out of any vehicle I've ever had. Usually 2 years is tops for me and a ride, but yes I wold love to put an Airkewld air ride kit on it and get it rollin. Keep in touch!

Airkewld? Only if you DON'T want to lay the pan on the ground. Overpriced air shocks and a rear bag setup that doesn't work.

that thing is sweet i just sold a 68.......

This one was my daily driver last summer - 1972 Super Beetle, slammed on its nuts, as required. For a late model Beetle, it sure was a fun driver.

man i wish more and more every day that i would of kept my 68 baja... i kick myself in the ass every time i see one....
