The stripes are gonna stay, or at least go back on not too long after painting and be black of course. It IS an '84 so it has to scream 80s! :p That is unless I can find a stepside bed that would swap easily and match the body lines...
I love that wagon. It's my dd right now but only gets ~14mpg city...and it'll be going under the knife soon for a 5-speed swap (US didn't get the wagons with a manual stock.) I paid a whopping $1900 for it last January (145k miles at the time) a 5-speed trans, and a driveshaft.
The F100 is mine too, bought back in 2002. Paid $2200 for it with 123k miles on the 351M, A/C, C6 auto. I LOVE that truck. My first and I will never sell it. I have big plans for it, and it's going to be expensive.....
