i say go for it rickross worth a try..ive done alot of things myself that others say cant be done or wanna hit u in the head over$$$..preciate it wideload c30 the front part of the bed is a storage box my compressors and tank are in there.and room for a jack and tools if im on the road

Did u start glassing on the outside or inside

Outside cuz i needed to glass em on the truck to keep the shape to bolt on trk evenly.once layerd good i took em off And glassed backside for more strength.

Fusor bumper adhesive will fix a lot of plastics other glues won't. Check with TCP Global in FL if your local supply house has never heard of it.

Did u start with the chopped cloth or the woven mat

First layer was mat..then i went to cloth..i like the cloth better so i used it for the rest if build up..both are easily cut with good scissors to shape needed..
