today i got the motor out now time to get the frame rails clean and rdy to get cut and z-ed now the fun part of lots of welding and cutting to do

i got it z'ed today 4 and 3/4 going to cut the bottom of the frame off tomorrow and going to pick up my steel next week end then just a lot of welding to do so come on give some feed back guys

Looking good, looking good man. I'm not quite brave enough to cut mine up yet, but I LOVE seeing guys who are.....gives me inspiration to finish mine.

thx big bear i am pretty much doing this truck by my self i just needed my dad to help get it in place after i cut the front off but every thing i have done my self not bad for some one that is only 22 hahaha here it a build log of my 1949 for f-1 i did last year that lays running boards " target="_blank" target="_blank

Dude, just read through the whole 49 ford truck thread.....
There's not a word invented for how bad that thing is and I'm not even a ford lover. That cantilever set up is sick. When I finished looking at it, the wife thought I had peed myself, but it was just drool in my lap....
