Nice, I want to see it with the masking removed. I need a new 'gate too, but I'm going to try painting the whole truck before I worry about matching my tailgate to the rest.

bear- right now it's just a lazy crate 350 with a performer RPM intake, so it does need a bit of extra clearance. In a couple weeks, my friend is selling me his blower engine (longblock only). Forged bottom end, worked over dart pro 1's, etc. Gonna twin turbo it with a pair of T3/T4's.

Well. tried to put one of those 2" front leveling kits on it. couldn't get the spring re-seated where its supposed to be, so I gave up. put it back stock. saving for bags now. lol

Yeah. Eventually. I have another project to start/finish before I get to it though. All I wanted was to raise the front to match the back, but this garbage Daystar leveling kit sucks my balls, cant get the spring back up on the control arm for reinstallation with the spacer on it. Lame.

are you using a spring compressor?

no room for my strut spring compressors, do they make one for the exact application? Kinda over the bullshit though. gave it a shot, said fuck it. lol

i am not sure i know there are different kinds and sizes but not sure about exact app.
