They say body lifts won't fit diesels. Why is that?

They over heat from what i heard.

Okay, so if I get one of those bumpers with the extra holes in it and make extentions for the fan shroud that would solve the problem wouldn't it?

I'm assuming that's a C3500 and not the 4WD. Cant you just throw taller springs in there? The K3500 jus has torsion bars that you can crank up like I did. I was able to get my truck leveled out without spending any money. Should probably get the toe aligned afterwards though.

Not sure. my budy who makes alot of stuff from scratch tryed alot of stuff and still over heated it. so he ripped out the diesel and threw a big gasser in it lol.

The bumper with the 2 extra holes is a Diesel bumper is it not?

Yeah the two hole bumper is for diesel, not sure why mine doesn't have one. All my extra coolers are behind the grille though, so I don't know.

Mine doesn't have holes either. IDK if it was swapped out after a fender bender or what. Mine is a '93 too...

Yo SickSpeed how's you get the front of your's lifted? it's 2wd right? I have a 2" leveling kit to put on the front of mine, but yours looks higher than that.

i thought it was 4wd...i guess i wrong lol
