Only new mods are window tint and I reversed the rotation on the wheels. Next I'm planning on tucking the rear bumper in about 1-1.5 inches.

I haven't done much to the truck, just stuff that probably nobody notices except me. I've added a Griffin aluminum radiator/electric fans, run the exhaust to the back of the truck to quiet it down some, tucked the rear bumper in closer to the body and I'm running 255/30-24 front tires now. With the exhaust dumped after the cab I couldn't even hear myself think on the highway and I would have to yell when answering my phone, now it sounds just right. The thing I have always hated about semi wheels is that I have to get my tires mounted one place and then get the wheels balanced at a "big rig" shop. So I decided to give the centramatic (centramatic.com) wheel balancers a shot and they work great. They suggested I run the ones for 22.5's since I'm running a low profile 24." After getting the new, taller, tires installed I had all new front suspension components installed and a fresh alignment done. The difference in ride between the 275/25's and the 255/30's is night and day. The centramatic wheel balancers pushed the front wheels out a little bit since they go behind the wheels and they also didn't leave enough threads on the lugs for the spikes to screw on to so I had to go with nut covers that slip over the lug nuts.
