where did you get your fuel cell and do they hassle you when you go and smog it thanks

The tank I had made @ a shop in Santa Rosea,12ga. stainless & uses my stock filler neck ( because you have to have the restricter for smog) & stock sender rings off my stock tank. Have a Auto Meter sender!
No problems with smog,have the charcoal canister relocated under the truck & the engine even through is a Pro Street LC engine ,is street legal!
