The bed floor is 1/8 " thick and ill do the sides with 14ga..

Did you keep it an A/C truck? if so how did you fit it under the dash and tranny tunnel

Yea the A/C works great,i didnt have to move anything from the stock location .I did a 3" traditional body drop to the rockers and everything fit fine .
