no it appears to be a wrap. it is very common in the high end car market. tons of people are wrapping porsches and ferraris and lambos everyday. go to luxury4play.com and see how may $100k+ cars are wrapped.

I'm going with a flat clear. And even if it's not you can get that look with a flat or satin clear. Haven't seen a wrap like this and seems way more expensive if it were. Kinda' neat looking though.

If this were a wrap the color would be distorted in some of the areas where the body curves and there are no visable seems in the tag pocket. I've done a lot of full vehicle wraps and this is definatly not a wrap.
