more progress...The rear is getting 12 1/2" of travel from the axle resting on the frame rail to the jack bottoming out. So it will get a tad more before the bars would contact the tube that mounts the front pivots.

Got the front wheels on and laid it out.Got the rear leverage bars put together.Started on the watts link to end the day.
