Agreed. You just need a bit more depth to the flames so high lights and shadows will work wonders. Also try to high light the flames that are closest so it has more of a 3d effect. All in all awesome job for a first attempt. I wish I could even come close to that.

Man my first fire job looked like that but kept practicing over and over till igot just a hair better. I got my stencils for art tool, where did u get yours? All i can say is keep doing it over and over. Heres where im at now
