MOLDING TAG BOX IN 93 CIVIC BUMPER?

I am curious how this is being done and not cracking out? If anyone has any tips let me know. I wanted it in the trunk but I think it will be too busy with my caddy lights in there angled like \ /. Any help needed. Thanks

i would build one out of plastic(an old bumper, im sure a bodyshop would give u one) and said bumper repair adhesive..
